Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This return & refund policy (this “Return & Refund Policy”) sets out the return & refund policies and practices for I am in Silence and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “I am In Silence”) with respect to how I am in Silence accepts returns of its merchandise and processes the associated refund.

2. Refund Rules

  • You have a legal obligation to keep the merchandise in your possession and to take reasonable care of the merchandise while they are in your possession.
  • For quality assurance before shipping we individually inspect every merchandise but if the merchandise you received is faulty, we will offer free returns, i.e., you will not be responsible for the shipping cost of doing so. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the merchandise(s).
  • For any other return reasons other than the merchandise being faulty, you are responsible for the merchandise delivery and return shipping cost. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the merchandise(s) less any applicable merchandise delivery and return shipping cost of doing so.
  • We only refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

3. Acceptable Return Requirements

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the merchandise.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the same unused condition.
  • All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All merchandise must have the original tags and labels attached.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.
  • All returned merchandise must meet the above return requirements and pass our return inspection.

4. How to Return

  • Place your item(s) in a shipping bag or box.
  • Print your return shipping label:
  • Tape the shipping label and make sure the barcode and the address is visible.
  • If you live in Canada, find a Canada Post location closest to you and drop-off the package.
  • If you live outside of Canada, find a DHL location closest to you and drop-off the package.
  • We’ll refund your money within ten business days of receiving your returned package.
  • You will be email notified upon the completion of the transaction.
